Mixing rods
Extremely wear-resistant mixing rods with a long life, even if using recycled wood.
The mixing rods are cast from special spheroidal iron with an additional coating, laser-welded with tungsten carbide.

Same finish as mixing rods.
Shaped specially to allow optimum discharge in the mixer outflow.
Inflow scoops
Specially coated, one-piece scoops for mixer inflows.
Base material S235JR (1.0038), laser-welded coating with tungsten carbide.

Special two-piece shape.

Special mixing rods
Special mixing rods made from special materials such as ADI (bainitic cast iron with nodular graphite) or 42CrMo4 (1.7727) with an additional laser-welded coating with tungsten carbide.
All types of special mixing rods can be realised on request in accordance with the customer's needs, including for special panels made from alternative raw materials such as rice straw, wheat straw and other fast-growing annual plants.
